Strataer provides on-site sanding and abrasive blasting capabilities and has a self contained workstation with its own water dust collection system that meets OSHA and NFPA regulations for dust collectors located indoors. We use hand sanding and various pneumatic tools to prepare surfaces for primer and top coat application.

We offer abrasive blasting for surface prep, rust removal, deburring, and coating removal. Our in-house pressure blast system allows for faster production and more precise control of media at both high and low operating pressures. We are able to perform a long list of tasks ranging from blending surface flaws to removing foreign matter without affecting tolerances.
